RISE Training Programme - Step 1
Resource Consultant Training
All new starters undertake a 2-day induction and our in-house Training division offers Apprenticeships and modular Training programmes designed to cover every level within our business.
Employees can work with our specialist team to build their development pathway according to their goals and aspirations.

RISE Training Programme - Step 2
3 Week Training Course
This programme kicks off with a 3 week intensive training course, which will prepare you for your new career in Recruitment.
You’ll learn all about the medical recruitment industry, as well as extensive sales training and ultimately how to know what you want to achieve and how to get there.
RISE Training Programme - Step 3
Resourcing For Success
After the initial 3 weeks, you will join our resourcing team, for a further 3 to 4 months.
Your role will be to support the Recruitment Consultants by identifying available doctors on our database and sourcing new doctors.
This is a telephone-based role, where you will need to use your detective skills to find candidates, through various sources and persuade them to engage with us for potential locum work.
During this time, you will be working to targets, earning commission from day 1; and receiving on the job coaching as well as weekly training sessions to prepare you to become a Recruitment Consultant.
RISE Training Programme - Step 4
Transition To Recruitment Consultant
Once you have achieved some regular success, you will be assigned to a section of the business, according to its needs and your strengths. You could be assigned to a team, which is client based, involving sales to clients, client relationship building and working with the RCs in the business to fulfil the clients’ needs.
You Could also be assigned to one of our specialist desks, concentrating on building relationships with doctors to ultimately get them Locum work.
Over the next 2 months, you will be splitting your time between your assigned specialism and the resourcing team
RISE Training Programme - Step 5
Two-Way Feedback
During your first 6 months you will be having regular reviews with your manager, culminating in a probationary review after 6 months.
RISE Training Programme - Step 6
Graduation
Once you have passed your probation, you will take part in our graduation ceremony, which is a lot of fun!
RISE Training Programme - Step 7
The Next 6 – 12 Months
By now you will be working full time in your specialism, regularly placing doctors in Locum positions, and earning arguably the best commission in the industry.
Once you have reached your given target you will be crowned a Recruitment Consultant.
